Euribades Cerrud II Biography

Euribiades Cerrud II (Euri) has provided legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses since 2001. 

He was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico to Dr. Euribiades Cerrud, Oncologic Surgeon and Chief of Surgery at Centro Medico Puerto Rico and Dr. Milagros Rivera, Pediatrician with San Juan Health.  He completed his high school education at Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola, obtained his Associate of Arts Degree from Valencia College, his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and minor in Business Administration from Rollins College, and his Juris Doctor Degree from New England Law | Boston. 

He is well regarded for being business-centric with a unique appreciation of the entrepreneurial world ensuring that small and medium-sized businesses have equal access to the law and competent legal representation through predictable legal costs and innovative processes. 

Euri has extensive experience advising emerging enterprises in structured and unstructured business entities, contract formation and design, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, trademarks, real estate transactions, and asset protection in both domestic and international markets. 

Euri has been influential in the drafting of the Revised Limited Liability Company Act of the State of Florida, the Business Corporation Act of the State of Florida, the Business Court (Complex Commercial Litigation) Procedures for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, the bylaws of the American Inns of Court, and the Orange County Bar Foundation.  He is also an adjunct professor at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law lecturing on Uniform Commercial Code Articles 1, 2, 2A, and 9. 

Euri has been recognized by the U.S. House of Representatives and the Florida Senate as a pillar to the Central Florida society and business community.  Euri enjoys privileged positions on the board of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Foundation, the George C. Young American Inn of Court, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. 

Being fluent in Spanish and English, with a working knowledge of French, and Portuguese, Euri has been engaged in transactions through the Caribbean, South America, and the European Union.
